Shipping Policy

  • Order processing time: 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from when the order was received.
  • Orders ship from Kitchener, ON, Canada
  • Free shipping in Canada. Domestic orders mailed via Canada Post Lettermail without tracking number. Shipping upgrades including tracking numbers are available at checkout for additional fees.
  • Free shipping to the USA for orders over $35. All international orders ship with tracking.
  • Shipping speed is determined by the postage that you choose at the checkout and is determined by the postal service.
  • All postal delays are out of our control and can't be predicted. Please place your order in advance if you need things on a specific date.
  • It's the customer’s responsibility to pay any type of import and/or tax fee that your country imposes as these fees are unique to your country. Please contact your local post office to learn more.

    Q: How do you process incorrect mailing addresses?

    Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you provide an incorrect mailing address and the item returns to us by the postal service, we will contact you immediately.
    • Orders will be shipped out again once you pay for an additional shipping fee.
    • If you prefer, we will arrange a refund (Shipping fees are non-refundable) after deducting 15% of the item price as a restocking fee.

    Q: What if my order gets damaged in mail?

    To keep costs down for all customers in Canada, we offer shipping via Canada Post Lettermail without tracking number (free shipping) for most of the jewelry items. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail if you choose free shipping.

    You can purchase shipping upgrades (Tracked parcel/Xpresspost) at checkout. You will be provided with a tracking number. If you choose shipping upgrades and your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please include 2 pictures of the damaged item and the packaging(The picture of the packaging is very important because it is necessary to file a claim for damaged items with the shipping carrier). We will either arrange a refund or happily ship you a replacement if you prefer.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or arrange exchanges.
    • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • Once the request is accepted by us, you may ship it.
    • The buyer pays the return shipping.
    • Item must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging.
    • The refund will be processed after receiving the package in satisfactory condition.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    If you return the item(s) without contacting us, we will not issue any refund.

    Q: What is your exchange policy?

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Q: Are shipping times guaranteed?

    Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed because Canada Post does not guarantee delivery dates unless you upgrade to Express shipping. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.

    Q: Can I Get a return shipping label?

    The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns. We do not provide return shipping labels.
